Dreamweaver.

The most important thing that I learned about Dreamweaver this week is how to create frames in Dreamweaver. I was really glad I learned this because I wanted to use frames on my personal resume and my Ketterman Stone Designs website.

End of the 9 weeks.

I have learned a lot of different skills this 9 weeks. One of the main things I've learned is how to code a website. I would like to know how to use DreamWeaver a little better. I would like to take a trip to Applebees in this class and make a website about applebees.

Presentation.

My presentation did not go all that well. I would like to do my presentation again because I have fixed several typos and I know that if I presented again I would not giggle as much or be negative. I like Dreamweaver and coding about the same. I like Dreamweaver because it is easier, but I like coding because you get to make the page look exactly how you want it to.

Creating my Personal Website.

Creating the personal website was kind of challenging. I think the hardest part was getting started first of all. In the beginning I didn't know exactly what I wanted to say. Once I found out, getting the links to work was probably the hardest part.

Tables.

Tables help because they make your webpage look nice and neat. You use the code < table > to begin the table and < /table > to end it. Making tables is easy. The only tricky part may be resizing the table.

Explain the code on how to insert an image, a link, and a horizontal rule. Why is it important to know how to do these elements?

A very important code in webpage design is how to insert an image onto your webpage. The coding for this is < img src="file name here" >. Adding a link to your webpage is also important. The coding for that < a href="website here" >. And last but certainly not least is adding a horizontal rule. The coding for this is < hr >.
These codes are important so you can jazz up your page. :)

Learning styles.

My first learning style was Body Movement. It said incorporating body movement into your learning will help you process and retain information better. My second style was Social. It said I like to develop ideas and learn from other people. And my third learning style was Self. It said you like to work alone. That was kind of confusing because social and self are kind of opposites. My least effective learning style was Logic/Math.. no suprise there.

Inappropriate Behavior.

Appropriate behavior for the internet consists of getting on websites that are helpful to you. Inappropriate behavior is getting on sites that you wouldn't in front of your parents. I now know some basic html coding such as horizontal rules, heading size, bullets. background colors, etc. I think html coding is confusing but useful at the same time.

I really don't know anything about making websites. That is why I am in this class. I don't know any coding or html. I can upload pictures to a website though. :)
